The Heliosa 66 Black Glass is perfect for heating large sized outdoor spaces, warming an area of about 3m by 5m, making them ideal for residential verandas with limited height clearance to the roof line, in fact if you attach them to one of the Helios stands (sold separately), you can stay warm anywhere within your garden.

Commercial Hospitality Use

Unlike the Heliosa 44, it will not heat directly underneath the heater from an angled mounting, and this can be advantageous where there are plants or passageways next to the wall.

These clever short wave infrared-heaters have a 92% radiant efficiency, which means you feel warm even in breezy conditions because the heat doesn’t drift away with the wind, they heat solid objects like you and not the air.
There’s no wasted energy or time pre-heating, reaching full power within 1 second of switching the heater on and thanks to the patented InFraCaLoR® amber halogen lamp there’s an 80% reduction in light output compared to traditional infrared lamps, similar to the glow of an open wood fire.

At 2.4m above the ground, the Heliosa 66 Black Glass projects heat to a distance of 3.0m (can be felt 5m away) and covers a width of 3.5m.

These outdoor heaters can be mounted on a wall or from the ceiling as well to a ‘Scala stand’ to allow mobility. The stylish casing is powder-coated aluminium, finished in ‘Optic Black’.
To make it easier for DIY enthusiasts, the heater comes with a tilt-and-swivel bracket for wall mounting or hook bracket mounting and a 150mm extension bracket is available (sold separately) which will allow mounting from a ceiling or wall under eaves.

The heater comes with a darkened ‘Black Dot’ safety glass that reduces the halogen lamp’s glare and projects a soothing amber light plus a 5m lead (no plug) so that it can be wired into an electrical circuit, which Inviron’s A Class electricians can install for you with a switch, located in a convenient position.
